At BetHog.com, we’re on a mission to create a better betting experience. More engaging, more fun, and built around what players actually want. With deep roots in sports betting and gaming, we’re bringing fresh ideas to the industry and leading innovation through our original iGaming content.

Since launching in November 2024, we’ve seen strong traction, and we’re now looking for someone to lead customer support and take ownership of our player relationships, including our MVPs. In this role, you’ll play a key part in developing and executing our strategy for building a loyal and engaged player community.

This isn’t your typical 9-5. We operate in a fast-moving space where flexibility, initiative, and ownership matter. If you have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with online gaming, cryptocurrency, and 𝕏 (formerly Twitter), we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

VIP Management & Recruitment

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP players, ensuring they receive top-tier support and an exceptional experience.

  • Lead efforts in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding potential VIP players, including outreach and lead generation.

  • Monitor VIP engagement and activity, regularly reporting key insights to stakeholders.

Customer Service

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, primarily via email.

  • Become a product expert, assisting players with questions on registration, logins, payments, promotions, and more.

  • Investigate reported issues, escalate when needed, and keep customers informed throughout the resolution process

Risk, Payments & Responsible Gambling

  • Conduct regular reviews of customer accounts to identify and address potential violations of our Terms of Service or suspicious activity.

  • Monitor and approve customer withdrawal requests.

  • Identify and support players who may be exhibiting problem gambling behaviors, ensuring they receive appropriate assistance.
